If a decision is not received from the mechanism under rule 137 within the specified time, or if a party is not satisfied with the decision, or if the decision is not binding, that party shall resolve the dispute through an arbitrator within thirty days from the date of such decision, if the procedure is mentioned in the purchase agreement, and if not, in accordance with the prevailing law. Action should be initiated. Arbitral proceedings may be initiated while the action is in progress or after completion.
